This is a great way to get them to blow off some steam and it is also a good opportunity to get to know their colleagues and bosses a bit better in a different atmosphere.
As their relationships which each other grows they will also start to work better with each other. This will increase their efficiency at work as well. Keep in mind that the location which you choose for the excursion is also important. You are not going to get any of the above outcomes if you choose some dingy place.
